1. Booking & Payment

By booking a tour with Cambo Tour Angkor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in your tour quote.

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking for most tours.
• Full Payment: Full payment must be completed at least 14 days before tour departure.
• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash upon arrival.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars).

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to maintain our commitment to local guides and service providers.

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund of total tour cost.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
• No-show: No refund.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

• If Cambo Tour Angkor cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Partial refunds may be offered for unused services if cancellations occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• No refunds for unused portions of a tour due to personal reasons.

4. Tour Modifications

Cambo Tour Angkor reserves the right to modify tour itineraries when necessary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Minor changes: No compensation.
• Major changes: We will offer alternatives or partial refunds.
• Customer-requested changes: May incur a $25 administrative fee.

5. Liability & Insurance

Cambo Tour Angkor acts as an intermediary between you and local service providers. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or delays caused by third parties.

6. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and health certificates for travel to Cambodia.

• Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond departure.
• Visa: Most nationalities require a visa to enter Cambodia.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Information collected is used solely for tour coordination and legal requirements. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

8. Code of Conduct

We ask all travelers to respect local customs, traditions, and the environment.

• Dress modestly when visiting temples.
• Do not touch or climb on ancient structures.
• Support local communities by purchasing from local artisans.

9. Force Majeure

Cambo Tour Angkor is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.
